I am a Jenny fan and I am watching this show for her but as a viewer watching a story I treat them as characters. As a character Maya is wrong. Killing an innocent person who had not wronged her in any way is equally horrible as what MJ had done to her. Her whole revenge is pointless given she fell in love with a wrong person. If she punished Rishi for being MJ’s son, going by that logic she should punish herself for being associated with him.

Sorry but I would like to disagree here. Ananya's intentions were not wrong. She is not trying to spy on Maya for MJ. She only wants to figure out if Maya was connected to Rishi so that she can warn MJ and Rudra about her if Maya is responsible for the bad things happening in the family. This is what anyone would do if they sense a person is an imminent threat to their family and friends. Maya too spies on people. I don't see anyone bashing her for that. Only difference is Ananya was not discreet like Maya and she got caught. If she is annoyed with Maya being around Rudra, how is she wrong? She is Rudra's best friend who has known him for years. All of a sudden a stranger comes into their lives and the equation she has with Rudra is affected. If that were to happen to any of us, we would be affected. Now she is his fiancee. Obviously she will not like it if Rudra starts confiding in his new friend instead of her. Had Maya been their friend for years, maybe she wouldn't feel so insecure. But she knows Maya is not trustworthy. So her reaction is only natural.

Not her intentions but her stupidity and way of handling things is the thing to be disgusted with.

exactly..you too should accept whatever they show,let it be ananya or her stupidity.after all the show is not only about maya,her revenge alone. All characters have to be given some role or other.no one can watch only two person on the screen😊

@bold punish herself for being associated with him? She was already punished (she has lost a lot more than just her baby, I.e. her innocence) and now she is back for revenge. Honestly if she wants to slowly kill the entire Roy family, I don’t mind, after all this is what Maya and Beyhadh is all about. Not your typical mainstream serial with whitewashed self sacrificing characters. And Jenny is slaying it, so what’s the problem?

Also, what I’m not able to understand is why are people here expecting Maya to be an innocent or better person here?

In this forum when as a viewer I post my views, I am my own voice and not Maya’s or anybody’s. It’s one thing to like an actor, it’s one thing to get attached to a character but it’s another to justify anything and everything they do. I love watching Jenny enact different characters and though I love her portrayals, I am not blind enough to support every action of her character’s. I am pretty sure Jenny doesn’t either or for that sake any actor playing a grey character. Nobody is expecting Maya to be right or any character. They are saying how they feel about certain things a character does. MJ is pure evil and nobody expects him to do right things but they do criticise and bash MJ for his evil deeds. So if Maya does something wrong they will criticise her too. If u can bash another character and say what he or she did was wrong then how are others wrong when they do the same? So u would be right coz ur supporting Maya and others wrong because what they r saying is not in Maya’s favour?

Yes all those who wronged Maya deserve to die a painful death or worse. She lost her baby, lost her brother and her dad too most likely. Let MJ, Antara, Diya, Aamir and anyone else who supported MJ suffer. What had Rishi or Rudra done to her? Do they even know their father committed such heinous crimes against Maya? Did Rishi get a chance to choose to stand by his dad or stand against him and bring him to justice for what he had done to Maya? Poor guy didn even know his dad was capable of hurting somebody. Yet he paid a price for what his dad did? What’s the difference between MJ and Maya? MJ killed an innocent person so did Maya. She is nothing but a cold blooded murderer like MJ herself. Also Rudra. She wants to kill him despite knowing he is righteous. If Rudra ever got to know what his father did to Maya he will most likely testify against him to bring him to justice. Not because he hates his dad for seducing his ex but because he believes his father should pay for his mistakes. But yet what is Maya doing? Plotting to kill him? If Rudra decides to kill Maya to take revenge for Rishi’s death he will be absolutely right coz Maya killed his innocent brother for no fault of his. At least he won’t be killing an innocent person here.
