I think she might just go back to him because of Sidnaaz craze that she has been brainwashed with. If she goes back to him it would be such a shame.

BUT MAYBE if she does go back though I hope she makes the remainder of his journey hell. He needs to be exposed more and more before season ends and Sana can do that job very well.
