Karishma (the manager) and someone from the PR team are not the same. Management team cum entourage with a celebrity is normal, they will be with her wherever she'd go. Someone from PR team is needed when the PR work is involved. And that guy is from her PR SpicePR, not her management agency Kwan.

It was a major mistake by Spice and Deepika. They took Twitter too seriously and thought she was going to look like a hero unlike other celebrities who were staying far away from this. Those people cheering her on online were never going to see her movie. Their activism is only limited to their keyboards and they forget that also in a two weeks.
