Why is it so? Aren't they human beings?"
This was a dialogue from a scene of a regional show I watched yesterday and I was surprised to hear such a creative dialogue in a show, as years back in most of the cases in which ladke's father calls of a marriage, it would have been some ghisa pita patriarchical dialogue sounding like boy's family have a haq to insult the girl's family. Here, the girl's family was at fault; yet the boy's father instead of using harsh words against them, just stated a fact, which in today's times is an unavoidable fact. It also reminded me how Anu in the last track was called all names when what he did was just any normal person would do to know why he was ditched; whereas the same people sees Pre as a victim in both komo tracks, even when she is being shown fighting for her rights. I am glad that eventhough it is a regional show, women are not being allowed to play victim card anymore.
Goodmorning girls.😊
In first Komo track whatever Anurag did to her was brutal but once the truth was out Prerna even could have played Victim card but I am glad she never did.
