I have references from some of our friends and an ortho doctor who has suggested to take swimming classes to have a relief from the pain resulting from scoliosis. Do anyone here (including our shy AT visitors) have any info on the same?

I hv heard it's good for spinal cord. But before doing anything be very very sure about it. U shd not take risk at all with spinal cord issues.

Actually kerala has very good therapy centres for all bone related issues. Infact one of my Arab collegue travelled kerala for therapy after all doctors lost hope of him even sitting after he met major accident. Now he is perfectly fine. If you are interested, I will ask details of that therapy centre.
