I read about Noor Jahan and man that woman was amazing, she ruled India behind the curtains and no one speaks of her, that's a lady we need to speak of!

Still Jahangir made sense coz noor jahan kind of possessed Jahangir. She was the only Mughal empress to have her mark in a coin.

She was a middle aged widow ( Jahangir killed her husband ) who seduced the emperor into marrying her and eventually became the sole decision maker of the kingdom. She sat in the throne beside Jahangir and basically possessed him ( she was his 20th and last wife ). She entered the palace as a handmaid to Akbar's first wife. Even mumtaj mahal, the next empress was her niece ( obviously she made the match ) and that's why was in her control.

Noor jahan 😍. I idolize that woman !!!!!!!!

@last line, she is what Maya is supposed to be, not a maniac killing off peopleshe had strong plans, knew and understood pain and was also a very good diplomat
