In precap Asim is rightly yelling at Rashmi telling something like - You forgot what Shukla did to Arhaan. His shirt was torn.

Asim got agitated because of the fight he started for Rashmi. Asim’s brother had advices him stand by your friends but don’t get your grudges out in others fight.

Asim is losing his focus. When biggboss asked, He could have just gave his decision coolly without getting aggressive ignoring Shukla.
