Brinda saw Manyata attack the Parekh family and then she transformed into a Naagin to rescue them, the Parekh family thought that Nayantara is that naagin and bla bla bla....

Manyata met Brinda, and she came to know that Brinda is her daughter, she tried to tell Brinda about the Parekh family but Brinda refused to believe Manyata and considers her to be the evil one trying to attack the so called innocent Parekh family which according to her is also her family.
