I’ve battled and still do severe depression for the last 7-8 years now. I’m finally off anti- Depressants after years but still do therapy! Also I understand RD is clearly in depression on the show, and sometimes seeing someone go through it can be a big trigger personally.

I had a really bad trigger watching this modern love series one episode ( Anne Hathaway) one on amazon as it dealt with bipolar!

But more love and strength to you! You will get by it. It takes time but with the right people around you and right help- you’ll be fine! Take care!

You're right. Watching someone else go through with this is a trigger as well, explains why iv been a mess since the last 2 days. This isn't about Rashmi per say..i really do wish her the best... but i wouldv felt the same had it been anyone else. The struggle is real.

I will need to quit for my own good. May stick to written updates and contribute if theres anything worth discussing.

I'm yet to formulate a theory on Himanshi.

Literally dont know the reason behind sending a message through Parag, Could have consulted Umar first then left it to him. Asim isnt some kind of her possession that you will just send msg whenever you want.

I think she is one mysterious girl.
