Actually among all his characters.....anant, dev and abir.....anant is the most sorted out guy eventhough he is a 22/23 yrs old. His growth is visible in the show......eventhough he is scared initially he speaks out for himself eventually and fights also for their relationship.......

After marriage also he stands up for her in his way😆

Haan the track of them living separately was also good.......👍🏼Plus the way they fought and made up .....everything was realistic........😆Actual ITV drama started when they came back to live with the family......till then the show was smooth

Exactly....👍🏼I have had doubts from the beginning whether meme was actually abir's parents. This story actually gave a believable good twist to his parentage......😆
