haha as u may have seen the two polarising responses about this. I’ll say it’s better u aren’t familiar with it. Indian politics is a gutter place. It’s like both sides painting a different picture of each other without trying to give in and come together as a whole and discuss the issues as a whole. Easier said than done some say. True. But atleast we would have known if it will work, if they did! but since they havent done that they will continue to do blame game and progress will be stagnant.

As per current political scenario, the so called left believes(or made to believe) that the current government wants to eradicate all the minorities religious groups(aka Non-Hindus) to make India a Hindu rashtra(aka country only for Hindus). While the right believes(or are made to believe) that the left is working towards demonising and humiliating Hinduism, so their job is to save Hinduism and culture on all costs, or else Muslims will take over the country, just like they did centuries ago.

And obviously it is not entirely false or true, there are people in both sections who subscribe to the extremist thoughts.

And Indian politics is a very complex and dymanic one, and cannot be limited to the left and right dynamics, the so called left has done or supported the extremist right wing things and the so called right is left in most of its schemes.

Anyways in a nutshell, the politics is taken over in social media and media by two crybaby groups, infamously namely Bhakts and Liberandus. So both of them do randi rona over petty issues and most of the time talk out of their asses, and are mostly biased by their hatred for the other.
