I don't know how many actually noticed this but when they both went in the bathroom they both took their mics off. If this was intended to be funny and a prank on Sana there was no need to take off their mics.

If something happened inside, which I think it did, then no one will ever know. The look on their faces when they came out also gave some sorta indication that something did happen.
