Uttarakhand is BJP government, none of the Congress states have done anything other than waste taxpayers money on congress stooge Deepika instead of taking care of acid victims. Congress governments are instead busy on buying tickets on tax payers money, tax free status , awarding Deepika for cementing her party ties.
