Watched the movie.pati, patni aur woh. Sweet n simple movie. Kartik aryan, bhoomi pednekar, aparashakti khurana and the 'woh'girl all r good.

2nd half is thodasa lengthy. But chalta hai.

Even though u know the story, the end result..But still this is a good movie .

And as usual..The supporting cast is too gud.

Halli he baryach movie madhe asa zalay. Hero heroine peksha supporting cast ch jaast bhaav khavun jatat.

Just watching the premier of the new "musical" show Mi Honar Superstar on Star Pravah. Some observations:

One upmanship is now the basic factor for these shows.

So now we have not to just aim for the marathi audience but throw the net wider and include hindi audiences.

Gaudy sets are a must. The more the zhag mag the more impressive it is supposed to be.

Throw in some famous hindi artistes (get them to mouth a few marathi dialogues/song lines to make it relevant for a marathi show) and have song and dance instead of just songs.

Add some precocious kids to the mix.

Bring in as many contestants with sob stories as possible to bring the audience to tears and add "emotional quotient".

Throw in at least one glamourous judge.

And after all this if you can get a contestant who can sing very well it will be a bonus.

I watched it for few minutes and then switch off the tv. Nothing is new. Tech te ani tech te.

Tanhaji doing far better than chhapak on BO.

Chhapak likely to be a flop as it is not easy movie to watch. It will be a first failure of Deepika in last few years.

Hmm. It's not good. I mean padhhatshir pane deepika chya viruddha bolale jatay. Tila target kela jatay. Mhanun BO var parinaam hotoy.

Not good. Asa asel tar ya pudhe konich ekhadya goshtila virodh karnar nahi athava kahi chukicha asel tar boltana ghabrel.

Ekhadya movie cha vishay, direction ,length , actors ya goshti neet nastil ani jar to movie apatla tar ek vel samjoo shakato. (For e.g. Panipat which released recently but failed at BO) pan he kahitarich.

First and foremost, political targeting of films should be discouraged at all cost.

But I have my doubts that targeting of Deepika on social media has resulted in BO failure. Aamir, Salman, Sharukh and Deepika herself (in Padmavat) have been targeted on social media at various points of their career. However if a film is really good then it transcends the negative publicity and if it is bad it flops come what may.

Chhapaak has mostly not got raving reviews. Meghna + Deepika combination is a dream combination and should have easily transcended negative publicity if it was really good. Probably expectations were raised too high. A four or four and half stars review should have been a given but rarely have we seen a four star from even the top publications.

Unfortunately, many may conclude that this targetting on social media has resulted in failure and this may further encourage such tactics.

chhapak may not b a blockbuster,bt it will not turn out to b a disaster,as although it has deepika,bt overall its not a karan johar or yashraj film ,its a low buget film in comparision with other big buget films,so producees, distributers will definately must b having an idea as to what extent a film will do a business,and they know that they r realeading this movie with big buget tanaji.so film will definately recover its cost and it will b a descent hit

now a days ,if a film colects d money in crores on first day,then it is considered to b a hit

bt chhapak is a different movie,its not typical deepika movie,it will take some time bt will not b a total flop.

Chhapak cannot be seen as an entertainer. Ithe eye opener movies na tag dharayla vel lagto. Chhapak is one of those.
