Oh, I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who has complains on their wardrobe and grooming. KP's hair, especially, and then Raj's too have annoyed me the most throughout - what annoying styling! The slicked back hair does not look good on either of them. KP, sometimes, especially in the party events, still managed to pull it off, but it never looked good on Raj. Mihir's formal shirts also felt too loose sometimes, giving him a very baggy look. He looked best in his short cropped hair - in the very initial scenes. Post that, once he grew his hair, it was like they didn't know what to do with it with his formal wardrobe.
For KP, Raman being all top-shot corporate honcho, sometimes his hair looked horribly, crassly-styled - or not styled at all, rather. Ashok always looked perfectly, slickly-groomed in comparison. Damn, Param also looked fairly decent and so did Sooraj. Bas Raman ko hi kahin ka kabada look de diya tha kaee baar!
Ishita's regular sarees also felt meh to me, but her sarees for parties and events, once she started wearing designer, were good. I agreed whole-heartedly with Raman whenever he teased her with 'thaan lapet ke aa jaegi 🤣.' Mihika also had the same style salwar-suits without much variety.
Sarcy, the styling was meh but it was very very real. Jaise hum log rehte hain apne life mein waise tha. Also don't forget the fact that this was 6 long years ago😆 So the dresses and sarees were simple. In fact we all would love it that way, in fact, post leap jab thode glamorous looks mile inhe toh hume acha nahi lagta tha. Even their house was so realistic...simple 2/3 whatever BHK apartments like we have...no extravagant mansions or mehels. Their night suits were simple too...no lace wali nighties n all that😆 Jwelery was minimal and nice. Ishita's simple sindhoor, bindi and thaali look was best. And they would wear decently stylish clothes in parties and functions.
So yeah...complaints thi because we are used to watching stylish clothes on TV, but that was loved too because apnasa lagta tha.

Don't blame the stylist there...actually I wonder if he even has a stylist😆 If at all u continue watching till those episodes, you'll see him in colourful pants like fanta colour etc and body hugging t shirts and ear rings n all even in his meetings and office!!!
