The Rajnikant starrer Darbar has collected excellent first day numbers though maybe not as high as expected from Rajnikant starrers. The film has collected around 32 crore nett all India with the GROSS numbers being around 37 crore.
The recent record grosser in Tamil Nadu Bigil had grossed 35 crore nett on day one across India and Darbar is mainly behind due to the lesser numbers in Tamil Nadu. It is also below other Rajnikant films like 2.0 and Kabali but those were bigger films especially the former which got huge numbers in hindi markets. The apprx nett breakdown of Darbar is as follows
