In a male-dominated industry like ours, Tanhaji will win the opening day clash

But I think Chapaak will be a super-hit. Can't predict the same for Tanhaji

I really hope both do well.

Tanhaji's trailer was good and it has Ajay, so it will definitely do good.

I didn't like Chapaak's trailer all that much but I hope it goes onto become a hit purely on subject grounds.

I think that Tanhaji has more potential as an entertainer, for those who just like to go spend an evening at the movies and watch bigger than life action, so they have picked in advance what they will watch, maybe a few people will be influenced by political commotion and translate that into supporting Chapaak instead, BUT not massive amounts.

Both films are completely different in every aspect and usually that means a pre-determined audience niche.

Ajay has a loyal fan base, Deepika may have pissed some of hers off.

Chapaak is a sensitive subject on something that more than discussing or feeling sorry for the victims demands action, from the authorities an more importantly from people all around, would be attackers and people need awareness and attention to what their actions achieve, girls and women need to leave the quiet victim mentality and become more proactive in looking out for themselves and for their peers. etc.

This film is positive. I plan to watch it.

Tanhaji comes at a time when audiences have been saturated with a lot of on the same vein, large scale productions lauding the virtues of unsung heroes of yesteryear, that are all more lore than fact, but a lot of people like the action and grandeur no matter how implausible. I personally do.

Let's see how it plays out at the BO, it is always fun to see how public reacts and the one predictable rule is that the public is unpredictable.

I hope they both do well.

I think first day tanhaji will open big. Chapaak will bounce back with good reviews and word of mouth.

Superstar? Lol such a joke to use it on actress-we-cannot-name-call-on-India-forum. She neither has looks or stardom or boobs. Poor thing is doing everything to get attention and failing big time. Please never associate superstar with a mediocre person like this one. Kangana is a jerk but she has more stardom and acting talent. Like I predicted this will flop and she will be packed off BW completely. Unless madam does another gimmick to stay in news, basically that’s the only reason she will stay on buzz. Otherwise she is done for good. I mean the moment Alia did Raazi and drove the film to success I knew madam days are outnumbered. Who knew madam will lose all her obsession(attention+Ranbir) to one deserving girl. Karma is a b**** truly.
