Fans put too much pressure on their favorites.

I think fans put too much pressure on their favorites to deliver good results at the box office just like parents put too much pressure on their kids to deliver good results in their report cards. Ever stopped and thought that the bragging you do of your favorite is indirectly putting a lot of pressure on them? And by chance if they fail to live up to your expectations, the haters get a chance to mock and troll them? You are indirectly creating a miserable situation for your favorite star.

You fans are like Viruses and Hitler Qureshis. Making box office a 🐀 race, telling your favorite ki agar tum jaldi nahi bhagoge to koi tumse aage nikal jayega.

I am always surprised how “judgy” supposed fans are. If IF and twitter experience are accurate, some “fans” are the most intensely critical and demanding people stars ever encounter.

Yes. Haters are usually pretty easy to dismiss because they are haters. They don’t see you. They don’t want to see you. They don’t care about you (except to hate you). They don’t want what’s best for you. Haters are meaningless.

Which is more painful do you think, having a teacher (or acquaintance or friend or parent) who thinks highly of you criticize and be disappointed in you or having a teacher that never liked you anyway (and never will) criticize you? Easy answer for me.

To me, feeling I’ve let someone down is a terrible burden...and I’ll stop at that.

There is way too much judgement all around. The internet has allowed us to be so. What is unfortunate is lack of educating ourselves- everyone passes blanket statements in the name of opinions. But how about understanding or researching?! Rabid fans and haters are two ends of the spectrum.. sometimes there is no difference between the two
