Not including Rashmi as Salman indirectly clarified that Rashmi won't win as she has badmouthed the BB team crew members. Also, I feel Rashmi has fewer voting fans than these 3.

Initially, I felt that they want Shehnaaz to win but now, it's not BB team but fans will make him the winner. If his fans can force BB team to get him noticed then they can make him winner too. Still, 1 month is left and I think, he has the most chance to win the show and that would be revolutionary.
