Hey guys! So I am new to I-F...in a way haha I used to be an active member in other forums back in the day but haven’t been in touch for so long. But I’ve been following this BB season v closely and finally felt the need to share my opinion and thoughts. So of course Sid is my favorite contestant in this season - he is not perfect by any means, but what I admire about him most is his honesty, intelligence, leadership qualities, and the fact that he puts his 100% into everything and never asks for sympathy. I wanted to make a post because while I do love him, I wanted to discuss some of the factors that I think are working against him, and I wanted to see if anyone agreed.

In my opinion, I think the one of the biggest things working against Sid is his association with Paras & Mahira. While they have shown their loyalty to him in the past weeks, the truth is that they are very negative people who are simply using him for safety and votes. I don’t have anything against them personally but I feel that many times in the game they stoop low, and Sid unnecessarily gets dragged into it because they are a “team” and he feels the need to support and be loyal to them as they have done for him. They’re honestly irritating and they don’t even really seem like the type of people Sid would ever choose to associate with anyway, but it seems like he feels like he has no choice at this point.

Another thing that I think works against him is his feelings for Asim. Being a Sid supporter doesn’t mean I hate Asim, I actually liked him a lot until recently where he’s been nagging 24/7 and has become a pawn for other contestant’s agendas against Sid. I LOVED the SidSim bond more than anything - I truly think they were good for each other because they kept each other in check and helped control each other’s aggression. When these two were together, the whole house was on kept on their toes 24/7 because their bond was enough to take on anyone. I think Sid’s aggression and temper mainly come out when it’s against Asim and that’s solely because he truly cared for this guy and saw him as a little brother, so it deeply hurts him every time they both get into a fight. I don’t see Sid reacting with such anger or frustration with others much because he never really cared for others, it’s usually Asim because he treated that guy as his own. I honestly still feel bitter over the SidSim breakup because I felt that even after all that happened after the Swayamvar tasks, they still could have reunited but I think Sana played a factor in that not happening. And don’t get me wrong I freaking LOVE Sana and I LOVE Sidnaaz, but I think at that time in the game Sana still really liked Paras (as a friend or whatever) and wanted her two favorites aka Sid and Paras to come together, plus she never seemed too fond of Asim, and I think that played a huge role in Sid separating further from Asim and closer to Paras. Which sucks because now Sana has seen Paras’ true self and it seems even she is on better terms with Asim now, but Sid is stuck with Paras. But anyway maybe it’s for the best that Sid and Asim are no longer together, too much has happened now.

So yeah. I think these are his two biggest drawbacks - his association with Pahira and his hurt feelings for Asim. I know it’s wishful thinking and it probably won’t happen but I wish that in the final 1.5 months he can maybe detach from Pahira. I hope he ignores Asim because he is also really playing his game at Sid’s weaknesses too. I think the best thing for Sid is to only associate with himself and Sana because I think she genuinely cares and loves for him, but everyone else is definitely playing a game with him.

Also I apologize in advance if I have broken any rules with my post. I tried to read all the forum and AT rules to the best of my abilities but if I still have made any mistakes please forgive and let me know, just wanted to share my opinion since I love watching Sid in this show and wanted to hear other people’s thoughts as well :) SORRY for the essay as well haha!

Frankly I too don't believe P becoz of image he created but M seems trustworthy.. That's reason Sid is soft to her..

Sa genuine and cares sid a lot but since she need P to assure her to be with Sid doesnt go well with me...

I likes Sid - A bond most than any other bond but now I don't see remote chance for the same infact I am sure it will turn more bitter in coming days... A hates Sid a lot and now a days Sid also start showing the same attitude..

With P one more disadvantage of SID is he started bitching which is not good for his image

And I think you’re bang on with that last point. What really set Sid apart was the fact that he doesn’t b*tch behind people’s backs and unfortunately that seems to be Paras’ nature...so Sid is now getting caught in that. The way Sana said in Friday’s episode that Sid-Paras-Mahira energy is negative made me upset because that’s what it’s looking like...and I know Sid is not that kind of person but the company he hangs around is like that
