Shukla and Paras were having a conversation where Paras told Sukla I talked to Sana and told her that she is straying away, she wants to talk to everyone and she likes that. Shukla want her not to praise other people even when they are worthy of it. Only because she is his friend she must dislike people he dislike. With his comments like Chipakti mujhse hai aur naam Paras ka ley rahi hai so according to him she must not even mention her attachment towards any guy friend with whom she is compatible with most of all who is of her age group, has same fun loving nature as her only because she mentioned that she liked/loved Shukla. Being attached to a guy friend means disloyalty towards supposed lover? She is actually compromising on her self-respect by obeying him. The way she said he (Shukla) uttered this sentence jokingly (Chipakti mujhse hai aur naam Paras ka ley rahi hai) now he won't forget it or let it go which means he will keep taunting her regarding that. Shehnaaz is willingly letting him destroy her self-respect, choice, individuality and freedom to have an opinion of her own.
