Keeping aside all the negative theories, is there any positive theory on why they have suddently disconnected Anurag from Prerna? Why is he suddenly not feeling attracted towards her?

DG, he is distancing himself from her because he has to as people were questioning her character. He was okay until he saw those people at the hospital and since then he is distancing himself. All I want now is him feeling restless or his monologue in solitude where he ponders over them but he will be all happy smily in front of everyone. Prerna is his BEST FRIEND and he won’t let anyone question her character let alone because of him

Hmm with great difficulty I am writing this maybe because they reached their limits in their relationship, it started with him thinking Pre is someone very important part of his past and now reached to best friends phase with him already married I don't think they can show him having anything more than this without any major trigger. Even this theory have loopholes but this is only thing I feel is suitable to the narrative.

Or they just want to build new pair😆
