Was BB very excited giving Gill powers for eviction?

I don't know if it's imagination or really BB was so excited giving nomination power proudly to Gill , it appeared to me he sounded as though he has given Gill power for direct eviction from house and not through public vote.

Maybe it's coz I'm not watching regularly of was BB Really so excited, giving his pyasri laadli laadli bahu whatever this power
