Romania... orthodox countries, Prayagraj, Talibastan, aur North Korea mein. Haan.
It's illegal in one of the first world countries too... Don't remember if it was France or some other, but this indian nurse was denied permission to get an abortion done, even though her pregnancy was critical to her life.... Eventually the woman died due to complications.

Ireland. It's not illegal anymore.
good then....... wish they had thought about the woman's situation then, would've saved her life...

Ireland. Savitha Halappanar.

On topic, there's nothing unethical about abortion. The fetus is not capable of feeling pain until the third trimester. So aborting then is not cruel or inhuman.
Her body her choice.
that is so horrible.. omg.

If the state would have taken care of the child, its needs, healthcare, and education, then abortion would be unethical.
In lack of such an infrastructure, it's not unethical. As 2Rs said, if you're having a baby, you should be able to take care of the child. Better not have one, if you can't.
