Though she is currently shown as an emotional wreck , but preeta tries hard to maintain her composure under karan's absurdity.. and somewhere writers are certainly trying to show preeta as a character who is gradually bracing herself to move on from Karan.

It is only Karan who has gone nuts and degrading himself because of his obsession or the weirdest version of love. He just can't stand the mere fact of preeta not being with him. Forget moving on from him.

And lately, preeta has been giving him the so called signs of not being *much* effected by his presence and it is making him lose his shit all together. His need to have preeta is literally driving him crazy.

As an audience , we know that preeta has fallen in love with the douche but preeta as a character is firm in her decision to stay away from him no matter how hard it is for her. And this mere fact is giving me vibes of not a happily ever after for Karan and preeta.

I don't know man I still feel as thou this is just a huge ploy to give Karan some rather significant amount of guilt in the future, and his probable death/life threatening injury track, followed by some more badla.

Guilt track toh is pakka going to come.

For sure.

There's definitely a reason for this whole Karan degradation. See kundali has been on top ever since it has been launched so I am pretty much sure not a single track in the show has been done out of compulsion. The story though turtle paced is kept intact, is what I feel.

This is no kumkum and there is genuine angst going on in the show which no matter how much we laugh on the stupidity, we still feel the pull on our emotions. I can vouch for this that the day karan was made to realise about preeta's betrayal, the day by day breaking of him, piece by piece self destruction has definitely effected us too despite our disapproval of the misunderstanding. And the day karan left preeta? The level of pain preeta's sudden fall on the ground caused us? Or when preeta ran after him and he drove off heartlessly?

And to accompany this, karan's soul wrenching scream and slowly breaking down on the road is something which still give me shivers .

All I am saying is, Ekta and the writers are not taking kundali like their other shows. Though it has mixtures and flavours of all Balaji previous shows , yet this one has quite high emotional content and practicality ..And that's what gives me a vibe that even after confessions, Karan preeta may never end up together until trp demands. Karan's guilt will indeed be probably his end. Not in the show but probably of the Karan we knew.

But who knows, whether the credit that I am giving the writers is actually their efforts or the beauty with which dheeraj and shraddha are portraying Karan and preeta is what making this show worth watching.

The bold- That was a BTS wasn't it? I am sure that was never actually showed on the show.

The writing of Kundali Bhagya is definately strong. The reason of that strength comes from the confidence that the consistency in TRP gives. Even more than Dheeraj or Shraddha the confidence asserted by the 'loyals' of the show even during the phases of dragging has definitely kept the actual plot of the story intact and in effect. I also, believe that because they want the audiences to stay hooked on to the show for the longest possible time without actually running out of actual 'plot' (like they had in Kumkum Bhagya) the makers in Kundali Bhagya have essentially learned from the mistakes and are genuinely keeping the 'real story' on going without stretching it to what would have been a unwanted leap.

There was a scream towards the end. It was telecasted.

@bold - I think the same.

I am sad because of KKB. KKB was my favourite. Abhigya still is my favourite. And I feel that they could do so many other interesting things before the leap. They didn't use a potential of the show properly. I mean, yes, they were always on the top and even now they are doing quite good. And it is almost 6 years of the show. But the essence of the show has changed. It is like a different show now.

And they definitely learned from the mistakes and KDB is built differently. Abhigya's confession was about 355 episode. And here we have 500 episodes of building up of the story only😁

I re-watched those episode just to reconfirm, there was most definately a LOOOOOOT of crying and an unhealthy amount of drinking, broken bangles and just general devdas wali harkatein, and just a barrage of grunting,( just two really hard to 'rewatch' episodes 😭), but the only person Karan really screamed at was Sameer, but you were right there was scream at the end of that scene before the background music takes over.

I too am rewatching the episodes to get even the slightest hints of upcoming track.

The episode in which Karan abandons preeta, in that episode towards the end, Karan screams aaaaaaaa (after breaking the bottle) and then breaks down on the road.. in parallel to preeta's breaking down...

Sameer comes in the next episode when Karan shouts at him
