Why did his parents even allow the kids to fight and beat up each other? Verbal fights are OK but physical fights 😕

And from when being able to beat each other = equality? 🤔

Shukla himself talks about the character of other girl but when anyone talks about Shehnaaz's or Aarti's character, he brings out the girl card. Such men believe that only females of their family or friends have character but other females are characterless who have male friends. He's just an MCP who doesn't even like to cook for himself. He doesn't even know the meaning of equality but only knows how to dominate may it be males or females.

My comment was based on shukla's logic & it's an example that one can use as an excuse the way he meant how girls & boys equal thing is

Let's now not get into what civilized society or human behaviour is cause by that scale shukla should have a few suing cases on him & the list is gonna be long

I think you forgot your own post, my comment related to the position I highlighted in bold; I thought that would be enough. I quote again from your post "Tomorrow anyone can beat one girl up & say girls n boys r equal, is that even acceptable?"

This has nothing to do with Shukla's comments. He doesn't consider other girls to be his sister, so that was irrelevant then?

Re-posting!

His so called monologue actually showed how his upbringing has been .... According to him he has fought physically with his sisters and parents never intervened! ... Ladka ladki besides the point but "physical aggression" should be condemned right when it happens .. Siblings fight but you also have to teach them you can't get physical with anyone regardless of ladka ladki!

His mentality shows how violence and aggression has never been condemned in his family hence he's the torch bearer of it! He's also not taught how to respect boundaries! ... To a point his parents are at fault but once you reach adulthood you have teach yourself from your surroundings and society where to draw the line and which issues should be dealt with sensitivity! But Alas, Kabir Singh brain!

Whatever he said is not wrong but this speech can't justify his behavior

Shukla sounded like one of those people who celebrates White Lives Matter and Straight Pride Day.

Girls & boys are not equal physically. I hope he exaggerated and his parents actually didn't support him beating his elder sisters. That's just a disturbing thought.

Coming to the main point, in an ideal world, men & women should be treated equally in all aspects barring physical one as that's just natural and beyond our hands. But we still live in a patriarchal society where the women are almost always blamed & shamed. When people are talking about feminism & extra care & facilities for women, they don't want women to be treated with more respect than men. What they mean is that, since women are so far left behind, give them headstart so they can match upto the men who have always been privileged. When people say black lives matter, they don't insinuate that other lives don't. It's just the indication of how black community has been treated with unfairness.

His ideas are messed up.

Also, the man who s*ut shames at the drop of a hat, should not talk about equality at all.

Rashmi threw tea on Sid first, but when Sid threw tea on Rashmi back.. she started yelling ''aurat ki izzat''.. so what is Rashmi expecting? She'll throw tea on Sid & he won't utter a word?

Why Sid throwing tea on Rashmi is ''aurat ki bezti'', but Rashmi throwing tea on Sid is not ''mard ki bezti''? That's double standard & hypocrisy, & no way equality.

She never said anything about the chai. She started it and she accepted it. Aurat ki izzat comes into the picture when HE said he stopped bringing such girls to his house and the word used was lena..we all know what that means or even if he didnt mean it ..we all know it sounds bad..all it takes is a basic understanding of hindi. So no double standard there. If u insinuate that a girl used to come to ur house for sex...then u are wrong and questioning that is not the 'woman card' or any card.

I 'll give u a proper example of the woman card. Sidharth pulled Rashmi by her pony tail ..dragged her by her hair ..because he wanted to smoke first. It was all in good fun. If she had taken that up...THAT would have been the woman card. Did she? Did she make a big deal out of the other things he has said about her? Her problem is the reference to sex and i dont get why its so hard for him or his fans to accept that it wasnt right.

I cant believe some of the insane responses in this thread. Men and Women are NOT equal physically. The average male has more muscle power and strength than the average female. Exceptions dont make the rule. Taking up defense training and sports is great but that does not magically change the reality of the average female body...it is weaker than the average male body. Why is admitting that such a problem? Are we challenging basic physics here? Admitting the differences in anatomy and muscle power does not mean u are saying women are inferior are human beings. All this looks like a a childish trick to turn things into a pseudo feminist debate.

Why do they have separate sessions at professional sports events for men and women? Are they 'sexist'? Since when is it okay for huge bulky men to get into physical fights with women? How about NOT hitting anyone whether u are male or female? Instead of saying its okay for men to hit women why dont we say its not okay for women to hit men either?

This weird take on 'equality' will now be used as a justification for men to go around hitting women. Throw in the latest thing of calling everything a woman card...and we ll have a carnival.

As parents we d think of asking our son not to hit his sisters once theyve all reached the age where the differences in strength begin to show up, Pillow fights are okay but full on physical fights?? That explains the way he handles people..the way he throws Shehnaaz around on the floor..the way he pulled Rashmi by her pony tail when they both wanter to smoke..the way he casually pushes people when he is busy fighting with somebody else.

I dont think his parents encouraged this...maybe they did but maybe he made up the whole thing to talk about equality. If its true his sisters are probably in wheelchairs now

Jab me fight karta hu kabhi mere ma papa ne nahi roka ke ladka hai ya ladki hai

Not to be rude, but this is exactly whats wrong with the upbringing of most Indian men. They are supposed to be taught not to hit their sisters/any women. Getting physically aggressive with any gender should be reprimanded from a young age. No wonder can't stand this Siddharth.

We women talk about equality with the context of cerebral equality, equality of opportunities without discrimination against what's between one's legs, unbiased love and support from the family etc.

But this vile man's vision of equality is hitting a woman and getting away with it.

Men who associate equality with beating women up are literally f*cked up in the brain and are a threat to the society.

I worry about Rashmi, if he harms her once they're out of the house. You just can't rule anything out when this thookla is in question.
