His current language and demeanour is considered acceptable by the makers, and the bias is evident to most people. He eas surpassed all the villains of the show, even Jagga who was evicted by Salman.

He could be evicted when he physically harms somebody, which is a serious possibility. But the makers could make it seem like an unintentional act that had unforeseen consequences. Even saying this scares me, because that's how low the threshold for violence is this time around. To allow a volatile person like him free reign, in a game designed to trigger that behaviour is scary to say the least.

Secondly, he could be just the TRP generator, who will find his value diminishing as the weeks go by. I don't see this happening yet, but it's a possibility.

- In the 12-seasons history of the show, all contestants combined haven't done as much intentional physical violence as Shukla has, yet no punishment beyond 2-weeks of nominations (which is not really a punishment, lets be real).

- Now, in this current tense climate in the country, when there is such a microscope on the social position, dignity, and respect given to women, Shukla is openly misogynistic. In fact, his sl*t-shaming is defended on TV by the country's biggest movie star!

So, like, what will cause the show to rethink their pro-Shukla position?

If he punches someone?

If he makes fun of someone's death?

If he talks back rudely and abuses to Salman?

Like, for real, WHAT is the line?

He's already been involved in a drunken driving case and a rash driving case. Still people aren't able to see. So i'll change my stance, I think he can get away with a murder too and his supporters will justify it by saying he was instigated.
