She clearly spoke about the contract and she feels they are protraying her wrong and Sid as a hero ..

She has no idea what is being said by her by the other side

And with such dirty past between her and Sid ..she felt it was important to put her point across ... so she did ..nothing wrong with protecting ones own reputation
