N nai kiya toh she will be successful later..but kabhi toh hoga hi..I just read ek copied this scene from kkb🤣 ditto same...the hero had memory loss..the heroine came to the hotel ..the vamp did fake pregnancy drama later (dunno real or fake..but she was married to the hero post leap when hero dumped the heroine )

She can very well fake it.. basus will belv .. Anurag may be confused or might not want to blv.. prerna bhi.. but Komolika can turn this in her favour aram se like you said shaadi wala scene...
