I dont think it is. URI and Kabir Singh are way more popular than WAR. People barely talk about war outside here.

Like in 2013, Dhoom 3 was bigger hit in terms of money it made but CE was most popular film of that year.

WAR made whatever it intended to do.. HGOTY and huge commercial success and “love” for HR! And made Tiger a hotter property among the young ones.. and YRF got their izzat back after TOH.. public perception is made and it’s a winner all the way.. some of the harshest fanboy critics were pleasantly surprised by it!
KS on the other hand, will be one another GADDAR in a few years.. the “what were ppl thinking..” type of film 😆

Kabir Singh/Arjun Reddy is an actual cult movie with rabid fan following, so it will obviously never be a Gaddar, it will be more in line of Tere Naam, movie criticised by "woke" section, but adored by masses.

Kabir Singh may be more popular than War. People speak about that movie mainly because of its (controversial) content, not because of the star.

War (just like Dhoom series) had no content. Only style. It is remembered mainly because of the person(/people) who starred in it.
