They had an affair which ended up badly maybe bcos of work, somebody was manipulating them there also and both decided to hear and believe the third person and blamed each other.
Apart from that personality clash also caused a drift. Its so damn obvious. Arhaan came into her life as emotional support she clung on to him but Sid does not know that whether he still loves her or loves to hate her.

infact after arhaan was evicted & devo also left, he had started warming up to her, initially i thought that he knows well that he has fans who love their chemistry so he was just trying to provide content for sidra fans, but then he had some slips like calling her 'baby' during video shoot, being awfully pissed at her during pasta chori, initiating a crypted conversation during the aankhon ki gustakhiyan moment, it was clear from that conversation that he wanted to clear their misunderstandings but can't do so in the bb house, it matters to him (during this conversation his 'sab kuchh' & 'chhod diya' were the highlights for me, both very cryptic, as if taunting & warning her & pointing out to something from their past)🤪
infact all their moments & conversation (most were just 2-3 lines) were initiated by him & she was just being cornered but he was trying to involve her which may be his nature, but goes against the hatred he portrays to have for her🤓
also his body language gives away, even now he notices her, keeps an eye on her, now all this seems like he has not moved on yet and still harbours feelings for her, first i thought that all the 10sec videos of sidra fans are by some delusional teenage sidra fans, who are still hoping for their favourite couple to be together
but now even i have started noticing during episodes
he got extremely affected by arhaan's re-entry and is pissed by his comeback, he doesn't consider him as her bf also, and her being with him in front of his eyes is affecting him
besides he is not okay with her being with any male in front of her, he loathes her being close to any man, rasim is literally his nightmare coming true, as if his brother & ex-girlfriend are now a couple, which is so untrue, he has gone way beyond the game when it comes to rashami, its really like too much for him to take🤢
all this outburst looks as a result of his angst & helplessness😈
his attitude looks quite sadistic to me like he wants her to be left alone with no support but him🤪
i mean why he keeps assasinating her characterher all the time, after every few days he comes back to this in some or the other way😡
looks like he is trying to cover up some deep feelings & expectations under these hateful comments, he always bitches about her to others & says things which i really find ott, like sometimes i feel that he blames her for everything that went wrong between them, so he is trying to hate her with all his might but failing, i mean by now we all know that rashami is not that smart enough, but he gives her too much credit, its like as per him she is the reason for global warming & everything wrong happening in the world🤣
