Wo toh sid ne samajh hi liya ki use hi bola hai. But obvious for the audience also what he meant . He referred it to shukla only . He was trying to explain that one should stay away from gandh box means shukla. Because he is full of filth and dirt ,, if u try to come near him u will get filth and dirt on u .
