Dabangg 3 had the sixth best initial of the year as it got hit by external issues with law and order problems across the country. The film would probably have taken a 50% initial if all was normal. The best circuit for the film will be Delhi / UP as centres in UP which have no issues have recorded excellent occupancy but in terms of collections the circuit will under perform on day one as it is one of the worst hit by the law and order problem.

The top three openings this year for Hindi films are War, Bharat and Mission Mangal but but all were national holiday releases. the best non holiday opening is Saaho (Hindi) followed by Kabir Singh and Dabangg 3 would probably have opened like Saaho (hindi) or better if everything was normal. The target for the first day is probably 25 crore nett now but that will not be easy achievable as many places have zero collections due to the problems. A first day number of around 25 crore nett would actually be a very good result for the film now.

Avengers Endgame took a historic start which along with Bahubali - The Conclusion (2017) was the best in recent history and on top both did it non holidays. The top ten initials of 2019 on morning of release this year are as follows.

1. War - 70%

2. Bharat - 60%

3. Mission Mangal - 52.5%

4. Saaho - 50%

5. Kabir Singh - 42.5%

6. Dabanng 2 - 35%

7. Housefull 4 - 32.5%

8. Gully Boy - 32.5%

9. Kalank - 30%

10.Total Dhamaal - 30%
