At first I wanted to visit New York, New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Francisco. Then go to Alberta in Canada before returning home. But if my cousin is getting married then I will do New York because my cousin lives there, then go to New Orleans with all my cousin's friends, then go to Lansing because my other cousin lives there. I will definitely do San Francisco and Los Angeles if not this time but for sure on my next trip.
New York is awesome love that place. Do try halal guys while you're there. Their lamb over rice is delicious haha
New Orleans is also fun but if you want to get the best experience of that place then try to visit it during Mardi Gras. Next level scene at that time.
LA is massively overrated imo. I was very excited when I was enroute to that city but got disappointed really quick.
It's dirty, rundown, overcrowded and overbearingly hot during the summers just like our Subcontinent đđđ
Oh and that place has virtually no viable public transport. Either you should have a car or rely on Uber for transportation at LA.
Also Universal studios was fun and all but nothing special and Beverly Hills is very happening but very expensive and full of egoistic, snobbish and arrogant oil rich gulf (especially from UAE and Saudi) princes and princesses lol
Hollywood walk of fame is extremely overated. That whole walk away is full of tourists and you can barely find any prominent celebs plaque on the floor with all the rush.
So if I would give any major city in the US a miss it would be LA lol
