I had only one mother side grandma left when I was born...

As sandy said, my grandma also treats her son's children as special...

But One and Only Me more special for her and she is the same for me... I badly missing her from last 4years...I can't control tears whenever remember her even now typing about her😢

My grandparents are no more too.but i have the privilege of experiencing the grandpas affection from my husbands grandpa nearing 90 ..hale n healthy he walks around..The way he calls me with a ma is very affectionate n he gives me many bits of parenting advices now n then..very useful ones..( as i hve no mil )

In our home we dont hve ths suthipodum culture and am not used to ths but our grandpa does that for the kids n us every now n then...

But those day tales he starts to narrate na...he forgets every now n then that he repeats those same stories again ..my husband gets up n walks away with a grin ..n i nod n nod n nod n listen...

CUTEEEEEE! this reminds me of my nephew calling my mom also mom because my brother would call her as mom . Lets just say it took alot from my sister in law to call her appaamma 🤣

I don’t know about others but I made my kids call my grandma as “ periya paatti”

Even my kids love her .. she is such an angel ..❤️
