Why people think that Shehnaaz is fake?

I mean Shehnaaz might be the best of the best actress giving the likes of Katherine Hepburn and Meryll Streep a run for their money if she's such a great actress. Why is it so difficult to believe that she's a child woman? She's really innocent but she isn't dumb and knows how to play the game. Does that make her fake? I don't think so. Why people equate childish to dumbness? They are not the same. Her childish attitude can't be a farce.

If she was really dumb or confused it would have been a different thing but she pretends to be dumb and goes overboard trying to do that which is why people call her fake...

See the classroom task you will understand her writing was good and all her spelling were correct the problem is then she will speak in fake English being childish is not a problem and childish people don't mock and bully others they are innocent and children has more empathy then adults they don't judge people where as watch unseen video sana has got good observation skills and why she is fake in weekday she will give gaali and in weekend she will be innocent.

From the first day she looked fake...no 25 yr old behaves like her....
