When they said that Preesha is just like Ishita, they just mean to say that they shared certain qualities. They need not be of the same age. They did not say that in the literal sense.

Anyway that dialogue was just to project Preesha as the next Ishita so that she gets accepted by the audience as much as Ishita is.
