The gist is that she gets motivated by haters who are spending time hating on her and thus giving her importance and you shouldn't be afraid to make mistakes as an artist.

She is saying there is nothing like respect or insult for an artist, people learn after losing/falling over time and again, infact u shall be motivated by people and haters who try to demotivate you, that is how i get the motivation that how much time people have to spread hatred, they type so long comments to spread hatred, for me that is really a big thing that I am a star at my own .
