I feel Salman used to like him but no he doesn't since he has broken up with Shukla. Now he bullies him for no reason I feel

I think Salman is actually helping Asim to stay grounded.while for others he don’t correct them and let them be the villainous they are. In this ways Asim, Rashmi are underdogs. This is the way they make the grand finale shocking to the bullies (if Asim to the winner)
