Also not to forget, nannu is another complicated character , Friday's episode made it clear that he has some serious anxiety issues and so there is a high chance he is hallucinating, the feelings are not feelings of love but are out of anxiety ... if you see the pic his eyes is closed , I dont know from where it looks romantic even ..

Call me over optimistic but I do feel there is more to it ...

This is what i want to say. I m ok with any angle makers want to show.. even if we dont want it they will still do wat they want.. so y shd we ruin our peace to think abt it now.. As per vatsal's IV he is playing positive role, so even if he starts feeling something, and mishbir r very much clear with their love for each other then koi 3rd or 4th angle kuch nahi bigaad sakta unka..

There is no 3rd angle track. The reason Nannu is seeing Mishti is because he is feeling guilty....and he daydreams that she is fine and hugging him.

It was his plan that Mishti should go to the jungle....so seeing her in a near death state triggered his anxiety and he is feeling weird around her.........He myt be blaming himself for her state.....
