Mrs Roy’s taunts are legendary but the fact that she hasn’t shut her eyes to the ridiculousness that her son is subjecting on his kids and called him out on it is intriguing.

The CCTV remark sounded like she’s aware of her son’s obsession to monitor and track every moment of their lives.

It has gotten to a point where everyone knows what MJ is up to. The only person who has the guts to speak in front of him is her.

The other significant thing for me was maya accepting Rudra's hand. Rudra offered his hand before too to sign a deal with maya but his bracelet made her very uncomfortable and she ignored it. I think it was conscious effort on maker's part to have Rudra again extend the same hand with bracelet to Maya in yesterday's episode. Maya took her time this time too evaluating his extended hand and his words but finally she grabbed the same hand without even thinking about the bracelet at all. She completely ignored that part of his offering and rather trusted his words to come out. And once she did she grabbed his completely with both hands and that made me think that unconsciously she did trust him completely in last episodes but as she returned to herself and pushed him back after hug, she will do the same in the future. Pushing her heart out and listening to her head. When/IF she will accept him completely consciously next time that will make their bond much more stronger.

Another thing that I noticed was the scene between Antara and MJ. He showed his dark side to her and she was genuinely scared of that side of him. She did step back at his dark look but he pulled her back to him again. I think she is good by nature but mentally/physically weak and MJ must have made her do terrible things in past like befriending Maya (flashback scene) and then betraying her. Maya might have seen a strong motherly/sisterly figure in her and she betrayed her on Mj's instructions.

I didn't noticed too much yesterday but one thing I noticed that when ever he hear Maya's name something stir inside him maybe am wrong or like you noticing too much.

Yesterday we saw a trait of season 1 Maya but there was still a difference ,this Maya's fear is really very deep and for now she's not ready to face her fear or I say MJ

Rudra's way too smart or I say he know his father too much that's why he knew what his father is capable of do

But really didn't liked the way he talked with him ,even though he's bad but calling him a kachra is way too much ,MJ was really heartbroken with his behaviour

Maya's not going to trust Rudra do easily,even though she seeks comfort in his arms but his touch reminded her of her painful past

I think she basically meant in general make sure your sons know you’re there for them and be their guide so they refrain from recklessly doing something harmful. Not go obsessive on them and trail them.

I think MJ was peeking & slowing down to get a glimpse of Maya, the unknown faced writer. He understand that Rudra will not let him see her, so he wanted to meet her without Rudra's knowledge.

Rudra is a way too smart. I hadn't thought he'll know about the press conference so soon. MJ was telling that he tried to help him that time, is this the truth? MJ's what type of man can understand when he gave the glare to Antara. He just wants everyone to obey him, when Antara was trying to take Rudra's side, he didn't like that.

Rudra is the gentleman here & flirty too😆 The way he gave her hand & comforted her was brilliant. I also think, he'll ask her but seeing the right time.

I think MJ taunted Mrs Roy about him only, cause if she could directed him in right path then today's situation would've never arised.

I think MJ taunted Mrs. Roy because she wasn't there. He did say "pehle maa banaye". Maybe she wasn't around in his formative years and, by the time, she realized it, he was too far gone.

It could explain his control behaviour. In psychology, I learnt that people will often compensate in their own relationships for what they had lost in their relationships. He wasn't brought up by loving parents, so he's over-compensating and has become a control freak in the process.

I'm just going to reply to the last post in the convo between the two of you. Mrs. Roy is unafraid of MJ. She is his mother and despite all his dark streaks, somewhere he respects her still and wouldn't hurt her. I wouldn't be surprised if next week they show MJ concerned for Mrs. Roy after she got hurt (or got a heart attack) on Friday.

And I agree with you. I don't think Mrs. Roy meant control your sons obsessively. She just meant be there for them and guide them and understand them. Know when they are going down the wrong path by knowing them, not by controlling them.

Alizia that scene was so powerful and important! It's the beginning of a new relationship between Maya and Rudra. The foundation has been laid. Now Maya just needs to understand her heart for this relationship to continue forward.

I agree with you on Antara and MJ. I don't think Antara has a mean streak in her. Whatever she did with Maya, it wasn't voluntarily or maybe she didn't even realize she was doing wrong until it was too late. Hence her rueful comment that kids have to pay for their parents' sins.
