She said this after Mahira had taunted her and Shefali for not being able to have babies. How would have Rashmi (who has had a miscarriage) felt about that taunt?

Obviously, Rashmi should have been the better person and ignored it but unfortunately she couldn't keep it inside her this time.

All 4 Sana, Mahira, Rashmi and Shefali were wrong in that fight imo.
