Asim came to Mumbai 8 years ago. He is a self made man. Not spending parents money on himself

He may have played victim card, that's his game play,I don't mind the way he plays the game. It's a game show, afterall. Even Gautam Gulati said that wo khel gya. If he played the game (in that case) But if it's true, then it's quite visible too, it looks like that he comes from a good background. He is quite decent, he has manners and logic. He behaves nicely and talks nicely with manners.

He works out in the same gym as Hrithik Roshan (which itself is very expensive).

Paras made fun of him being poor? No. Paras was replying to Asim repeatedly talking about other people's "aukat". It seems you are only watching Bigg Boss in snippets and not getting the context of the fights.

PS: Bigg Boss is a package comprising of the 1 hour episode on Colors (which show the tasks and fights in brief), the 20-25 clips uploaded daily on Voot, and Cutless versions of the incidents on the episode. You CANNOT just watch the episode and say you are watching Bigg Boss. It is like watching the videos of a film's song or watching the trailer and saying you have watched the film. There is no context if you have not been watching each and every clip on Voot posted since the show began.

Hey no need to be so rude...everybody's understanding of an action will be different from other person..

So everybody is not understanding a contestant in same manner as other person..

Is it true? But he always says people Re making fun of his being poor which ParS has actually did..

I checked his official Insta for sure he and brother travel lot to exotic locations and wear expensive clothes/Shoes/bags..

His mother is a housewife, his brother is a surgeon, working in A mumbai hospital, his elder sister has done MA, married and also a working lady..his father was a government official... And Asim was not too good in studies, so when he was 18 ,he was keen to work showbiz andhis father enrolled him in an acting course for 6 month . After that he began his modelling career..His family supported him throughout his struggling period..

Rude? LOL! Where was I rude? I only explained and elaborated. I was actually writing in a very pleasant mood. I'm wondering why did I come across as rude to you, that too in a written post? Are you always so quick to judge others? I am sorry if I came across as rude. I was only explaining.

Asim have never said that his family is poor! Infact he have never spoke about his family and finances!

There is a clip called "Asim's lavish lifestyle" where Asim speaks about how his father had started from scratch and earned whatever he had!

His father made it clear that he have to be a self made person and find his own footing and sent him away at age of 17. But Asim cudnt cope and went back home. Then at 18, again Asim went in search of himself and since then living on his own.

Not everyone is like Paras to throw around weight of parent's money!

Since Asim's lifestyle depends on whatever he earns, all HMs assumed him to be some poor guy 🤷

PS: Asim have never used poor card. Its HMs who have made fun of his financial status by mocking him. First Sid(even in fun) and then Paras!

So the thing is when has Asim called himself poor?

Paras ridiculed him for his cheap perfume and some jeans and the fact that he doesn’t stay in an appartment but a PG.

Asim never claimed or even used the word poor, or middle class. He said I’m a normal guy who uses normal things. Paras was the one at fault here and not Asim.

Asim might come from a rich family( though I don’t think so), and he can work out in the gym where HR works out( also please note HR works out in this Cult gym where he owns a part of it and isn’t super expensive). I use cult and it’s cheaper than a lot of fancy gyms. Also most models and people in entertainment industry can afford to shell out something like 5-10k per month for their fitness or even more. Their entire career depends on their fitness and bodies and more so in Asim’s case who doesn’t do ramp( not tall enough) but does more print modelling.

So all in all it’s the audience that’s made the assumption that Asim is poor, when he’s only said he’s a regular guy who uses regular things. Also he’s not talked about fancy cars- I’ve seen all of Asim’s unseens as well.

He’s told that since his dad is in the Govt they used to get Lal Batti car and he’s talked about the house in Jammu( honestly again not a big deal about having a big house in a city like Jammu, if he had something like that in delhi or mumbai it would have Been a different case).

We are not rich. Our parents/grandparents don't have any property given by our ancestors for free

My father and my uncle's have studied hard, and cleared CDS and UPSC exam respectively.

When i purchase dresses i see to it , it's not above 1K. My perfume is not above 200, When we buy veggies, we bargain.

And my father is a very senior army officer. He is Lt. General.

I live in a bungalow with 9 huge rooms and yet I am "middle class"

All these perks and facilities are given by the govt. Because of the post my dad is in.

The day he gets retired, we shift to our home brought by our money which is a 2BHK flat. Because that's all we can afford.

People holding govt jobs are not rich. Sigh!

For all those wondering how can a person whose father is an IAS officer call himself a middle class, please read my answer here.

My father is Lt. General in Army, I live in a palatial bungalow yet I am middle class!

Remember his ''mai behosh bhi ho jau'' nonsense? So nothing new for Asim.😆

Doctors are not wealthy for ur kind information,u cn count them in upper middle class but not wealthy.and the fact that he's living alone in a PG, struggling to make a career despite of being from an influential family ,that itself speaks volumes about his self made image. No doubt that his family is so educated, hence he has such a good upbringing and values not like lukkha sadakchhap shukla..
