For those who r saying Asim himself said he is middle class when did he said the word middle class. He was just telling Paras about the cost of his clothes and perfumes, it doesnt always necessarily well-established people have to wear expensive clothes. He never said he was gareeb or anything it was Paras who was saying about money and stuffs without even knowing things and just assuming. Cant a well established person ever take a stand for middle class people?! Doesnt mean one has to be middle class to take stand for all middle class people!! Some fans are Unecesseraily pointing out things.

I have zero expectations for his fans. I mean how do you even support t such a disgusting ghatiya loser who just recently was enjoying a lady's life being torn to shreds. 🤢

Even if his parents are successful how does it make him successful too?! He'll be successful and rich when he reaches that level on his own!

Plus it was Paras who used the "poor card" to mock him using his "average perfume" .... So technically this topic is more a Popat of Paras! 🤣

I also come from a family of Army officers and IAS officers.

I have a cook also at home, but yes we come in "middle class category"

We are not rich. Our parents/grandparents don't have any property given by our ancestors for free

My father and my uncle's have studied hard, and cleared CDS and UPSC exam respectively.

When i purchase dresses i see to it , it's not above 1K. My perfume is not above 200, When we buy veggies, we bargain.

And my father is a very senior army officer. He is Lt. General.

I live in a bungalow with 9 huge rooms and yet I am "middle class"

All these perks and facilities are given by the govt. Because of the post my dad is in.

The day he gets retired, we shift to our home brought by our money which is a 2BHK flat. Because that's all we can afford.

People holding govt jobs are not rich. Sigh!

Don't know whether his dad is an IAS officer or Doctor but he did say that his father is in Govt service.That makes him middle class at the most upper middle class

I also saw things on twitter saying that his brother studied in pvt medical college. Don't know if this true or not..

I also read somewhere that his father paid for his acting school lessons.

Middle class and upper middle class people do invest in education big time. They shell out huge amounts of money just to see their child get into a good course.

But when it comes to clothes and other grooming stuff like hair serum perfumes etc obviously they can't shell out money for these things.

Asim did say he's on his own since the time he was 18. He is still a struggler so he won't have money for fancy stuff.

Paras mocking him for these things is in really bad taste

Asim did not say he was poor. He has spoken about the lavish life of his family. His father wanted him to do something on his own, that's why he lives in PG and does not enjoy valuable things. Asim said that in unseen video.

Asim hasn’t played the poor card. He never called himself poor or even middle class for that matter in his argument with Paras. He just told Paras you might be rich but you don’t have any value in life and he said I’m a normal guy who buys normal things.

Also even if your parents are doing well in life doesn’t mean you have the same access. Maybe most of you don’t get the meaning of being self made but there are a lot of people who don’t take things from their parents and want to make it on their own. Asim has been on his since 18 and has struggled and made whatever he has till now. He likes fancy shoes and clothes( also they’re mostly Nike and not stuff like Balenciaga) but he can afford that on a models salary.
whatever he wears on the show- he tends to repeat his clothes a lot. The weekend clothes are all sourced anyway!

anyway my point is Asim never played the poor card. People just related to him because he was being ridiculed over cheap clothes and perfume which resonates with a lot of people.

So quit making issues out of the things which aren’t even there.

Are you even watching Bigg Boss? He has repeatedly bragged about how well off he is, about his father's clout, about his luxury house, about their cars, about some gym he owns in South Africa, how he got his portfolio done by some big Italian photographer. He works out in the same gym as Hrithik Roshan (which itself is very expensive).

Paras made fun of him being poor? No. Paras was replying to Asim repeatedly talking about other people's "aukat". It seems you are only watching Bigg Boss in snippets and not getting the context of the fights.
