I maybe in minority but I loved Anurag realising his love after engagement with Mishka. I don't know I felt it's more relatable, realising anything at the time of marriage or engagement episodes always used to give me cliche vibes and ITV makes engagements a big deal.

So I loved he realized it after engagement yes it's wrong and unfair on Mishka , but it's a mistake and humans are bound to do mistakes and I am glad AB as a normal human did that mistakes like Prerna who was ready to marry NB.

See - they won’t give phokat bhav to any character to actually shoot random hospital scene with random someone on the death bed... I mean, hospital bed. Also, I don’t think anyone from Basu’s is actually going to the hospital at this point because:

Moloy already had a major time in the hospital so he won’t be going to the hospital again. 😂

Mohini is busy sprouting venom so they can’t put her in the hospital - besides she only gets non-existent heart attacks and heart attacks don’t involve blood. 🧐

Nivi can’t go to the hospital - she isn’t the hospital material you know 😮

Anupam - nope, none cares that much to dedicate a whole hospital special week to him. 😢
