New levels of low

Been busy with work recently, so haven't seen BB in a couple of days. Just binged Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's episodes this afternoon and WOW. I'm totally shocked at what happened in this show and ran straight to IF to vent out some feelings 😆.

What happened to this show? It was always a platform for weird, guilty-pleasure, voyeuristic reality TV. Salman said it himself a few weeks ago - show ka format hai jhagada karana. But this is getting really really really low now.

- Shehnaaz is trash for actually going and taking the effort of doing makeup solely to look like Shefali so she could hurt her feelings.

- Rashmi/Shefali are trash for taking that bathrobe, doing that whole pathetic Maahi bachha bullshit with the lips, and for all the things they said once the "baby" was in the pool.

- Mahira is trash for being a complete hypocrite. She has been a victim of body shaming for weeks now, and yet she doesn't hesitate to partake in it herself.

- The showrunners are trash for even thinking about including the Arhaan-Rashmi thing in WKV totally blindsiding Rashmi who they misdirected by first getting her talking about the body shaming thing and then crushing her private life with this revelation.

- Salman Khan is trash for actually, somehow, agreeing to do this on TV. He is the biggest movie star in the country. Top 10 in the world. Why the f**k does he need to do any of this type of shit? Plus, he was pretending like he was doing this because he cares about Rashmi oh f**k off does he think the audience is 12 years old to buy this crap? If he genuinely cared about Rashmi, he would AT THE MOST ask her to come to the confession room and take her permission to air the conversation on TV, and AT THE LEAST bring it up privately only when she's out of the show/the show is over.

- Arhaan is trash for hiding such an important and crucial part of his life from her. Plus, not sure if they are true, but there are news articles saying Rashmi and Arhaan share all financial rights with each other and were planning to marry anyway, just taking advantage of the show's timing, but still he hid this even though they were so close for so long.

And finally, and most emphatically.

- Siddharth Shukla is absolute, irrefutable, undisputed HUMAN TRASH for openly laughing, smirking, making faces seeing this pathetic show with this pathetic host rip apart a woman's personal life for the whole world to see! Shukla was intentionally violent (for the third time!) just FOUR DAYS AGO, is nominated for 2 weeks (it means nothing for him, but its still technically a punishment), the victim of his violence himself is coming to check on his health and advising him not to smoke and yet this guy shows zero regret or effect on his face/words/actions. He was doing weird hand gestures like "I'm sorry Salman, stop it now" to Salman when he was bashing him (if that even counts as a bashing). Zero remorse. He thinks he is bigger than the show. And to be honest, the way the show is overlooking everything he's doing and literally creating issues out of thin air (like the pasta kand) just so they can kill some airtime without addressing Shukla's issues makes me think, f**k it, maybe he is bigger than the show.

Salman did right bringing it up publicly. This guy had the nerve to ask Rashmi to marry him on the show (indirectly through shefali bagga) he said i am toh ready to do it. And he would have gone ahead without disclosing child thing. Complete fraud. Now Rashmi can’t be naive and forgive him even after leaving the BB house. He can’t sweet talk her. She will stay away hopefully (you can never say never with Rashmi anyone can manipulate her she is Mother India after all) because he is damaged goods and been discredited in front of the entire nation.

This public revelation did NO harm to Rashmi long term. Might have just made her stay in the house more uncomfortable. The only harm was to Arhaan (and he deserved it imo). He looked completely set to take advantage of her. No sympathies for him.
