About shekhar

Hi! I am a bit new to this show

I actually started watching it because of mishkat. So wanted to know a bit about shekhar. I know that he is the younger son of the family who got lost in childhood and mishkat is pretending to be him. But was there another shekhar before mishkat??

And does anyone know if mishkat 's role is permanent or not? I mean is he casted about divya?

Well yes..the real shikhar(that is mishkat) was kidnapped by pisachini when he was very young and was replaced by another person who took the identity of shikhar..played by karan Khanna.

He was introduced as shikhar in the show..he had feelings for divya and married her..initially he was pisachini 's cronie..but later he came to the good side but it was soon revealed that he was faking the goodness..he was still very much on the evil side..and was greedy and wanted powers..got himself converted to a monster ape/daitya vanar..attacked the shergill family ,helped pisachini in attaining the magical gems..divya lost her powers due to that..and finally divya herself killed him as he was about to stab her.

Though divya hated him initially and was wary of him..towards the end..she had feelings for him and so was devastated when she had to kill the fake shikhar.

thats why when murari entered,divya was all quiet and depressed,she was not like this..the trauma of killing fake shikhar made her so.thats why drishti had been sleeping with divya ever since..as she was sensitive and needed her sister with her.

Mishkat is playing the real Shikhar

He realised he’s the real Shikhar

Mishkat’ is a permanent cast member since he’s playing the real Shikhar and he’s likely to be Nyra’s love interest in the show
