They had officially announced they are gonna release it on Netflix. And the latest report was Ramesh Taurani wants his daughter's movie to have a theater release so he is gonna personally spend the P&A money... RSVP raazi ho gaya lagta hai.

But I saw the Netflix wala announcement way before the blind. The blind was just a potshot by Nadiadwala camp for Ronnie implied HF4's numbers had been fudged.
