Asha Devi, Nirbhaya's mother: I have been running from pillar to post for the last 7 years. I appeal to the justice system of this country and the government, that Nirbhaya's culprits must be hanged to death, at the earliest.

When courts fail to do so, such drastic steps are well needed to set examole for future rapist that they will be next if they harm our daughters and sisters. Simple

Just check the link i shared above.... The unnao rape accused started threatening the victim as soon as he was out on bail and even attempted to murder her on Nov 30. What more, 4 more people, two might be from his family, helped him in the murder attempt....

In this case I wish the girl gets the power to punish the rapist instead of police ..removing his organs one by one....blood boils reading these cases....bastrds !!

If these people are not the real culprits then the actual rapists are still out there without any punishment and fully capable of doing the same crime again. So I hope to God these were the right guys, and not a quick fix by the police to satisfy the public anger. There is no justice if four more innocents died while the real criminals flee the justice system.

Exactly.

I can understand juvenile consideration for other crimes but RAPE????na!!!!

That did not stop him from indulging in the most heinous crime known to mankind. If buzzs are to be believed, the same guy was the most barbaric and sadist of them all...Being juvenile didn't deter him from being a monster, why humane consideration in penalizing, when his involvement has been proved beyond an iota of doubt?

I don't know how to feel tbh

I can't stop myself from feeling elated that the alleged rapists were but on the other hand when one thinks with a logical mind rather than an emotional one, this kind of behaviour sets a very bad precedent. Public or police should not be given unfettered power to take justice in to their own hand no matter how incompetent the judicial system is... this will only create havoc and disharmony in the long run. There is a reason why judicial and law enforcement powers are seperated in a democracy.

There were statement from the family members... Father of one of them saying he is juvenile.... Also the main was caught on CCTV of the petrol pump.... So in all probability they were the culprits who were killed so that the matter doesn't reach the court...

Looking at the cheek of the accused to threaten the victims once they are out on bail, this seems like the only solution, though wrong...
