Totally agree with you dear. I am shocked too at the biased nature of Bigg Boss to entertain this Bull Shukla who is manhandling everyone at the show and has absolutely no respect how he speaks with women. It was very clear in yesterdays episode that Shuklas ego was hit when Asim got the bag and he just could not take it so he went and pushed him real hard. Asim is too kind for not complaining to Bigg Boss. If it was Mahira or Paras or any other contestant they would have put their mic down and told Bigg Boss to take a stand against this violence. Why are the makers of Bigg Boss promoting violence and supporting Shukla. This is how criminals are born in this society because we nurture them and glorify them. Disgusting !!!
After watching today's episode, I was naively thinking okay NOW there is nothing left to prove. Asim was just grabbing a bag as per the task, Shukla was pressing him against the shelves, Asim shouted at him in anger, Shukla pushed him violently multiple times completely unprovoked. There are no arguments now. Instigation etc (which was always a pathetic excuse to begin with) was used as a loophole, but this time around there is no scope for even that. How wrong I was.
As soon as I opened Twitter I was inundated with anti-Asim tweets.
Vindu Singh is tweeting that Asim is a hate monger (??)
Manu Punjabi is repeatedly comparing Siddharth to Kabir Singh (In a GLORIFYING way 🤢), he actually said "How can we be upset with a man whose personality type-based movie we made a hit with over 200 crores"
People on Twitter are using horrible racist and Islamophobic language to attack Asim.
WHAT THE F**K IS GOING ON?
Is this real life? Are we dreaming here? Is this the state of no-conditions hero worship in our society? Is this what we allow in the name of good looks? Of TV stardom? Or success? Of praises and appreciation from a movie star? Is this the result of an entire continent of bad parenting? Bad role models? Is this because of the Bachchan movies we all grew up watching?
I am genuinely shocked here. If people can defend this shit, then honestly, its best to stop watching the show. Watch it in groups, or via an untraceable way if you must, but this NEEDS to be cut off and not supported directly. We have to do better than this. These people are (fully knowingly) exploiting a man's deep mental issue of having no control over his violent streak, in the name of an entertainment reality show, for profits and ratings. And people are not only falling for it, but happily changing their own morality to allow for this to be normalized. We are fu*ked as a society.
